Services
Tax compliance, with advisory built in.
Accurate federal and state filings paired with year-round planning, so tax strategy starts well before the deadline.
Who this is for.
Businesses and business owners navigating entity-level tax filings, multi-state exposure, or transaction events that require more than a once-a-year preparer.
Best fit for owners whose tax picture is more complex than a simple W-2 return, and who want a CPA who actively spots opportunities to improve tax efficiency, not only when asked.
How we work.
Every engagement begins with a written scope and quoted fees. Out-of-scope work is discussed and agreed to before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
You'll have a secure client portal for sensitive documents, timely responses from the CPA preparing your return, and a direct line of communication. No ticketing system.
We run projections ahead of year-end and flag planning opportunities as they come up, so the return itself isn't the only touchpoint.

Why this matters
The best tax outcomes come from planning, not filing.
Most firms treat tax compliance and tax planning as two separate products. One is filed, the other is sold. That structure works for the firm, not the client.
When the same CPA prepares your return and handles the planning, the strategy runs all year. We see what's happening in your books throughout the year and flag planning opportunities as they come up. We model entity elections before you incorporate, not after. We run projections well ahead of year-end, not at the filing deadline.
You pay one fee for the relationship. The return is the artifact, not the product.
